BASL AGM 2020

Dear Member,

The purpose of this email is to notify you of an upcoming general meeting of The British Association for Sport and Law Limited which is being called in order to consider, and if thought fit, pass a resolution to amend the Company’s articles of association to remove provisions requiring directors to resign by rotation (unless the board resolves otherwise) and to call an AGM every year for that purpose.

Attachments: (i) Notice of AGM; (ii) draft updated AOA; (iii) comparison showing proposed changes.

The AGM will take place at 4.30pm on 21 December 2020.
