Michele Verroken is the founding director of Sporting Integrity, the first consultancy dedicated to promoting integrity and ethical standards in sport. A former Director of Ethics and Anti-Doping at UK Sport, she designed and implemented internationally recognised anti-doping policies and programmes, including the UK’s Drug Information Database, earning the UK the first ISO 9000 certification for anti-doping. Michele serves as secretary of the Commonwealth Games Federation Medical Commission and has held key roles such as Vice Chair of the Association of National Anti-Doping Organisations and member of the Irish Sports Council Anti-Doping Committee. She is Anti-Doping Adviser to the PGA European Tour, Ladies European Tour, The R&A, and the International Golf Federation, and leads governance and integrity work for the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation while serving on the Esports Integrity Coalition. A qualified arbitrator, accredited mediator, and experienced educator and media commentator, Michele brings over thirty years of global leadership in anti-doping, sports governance, and dispute resolution.
