Huss Fahmy is Executive Vice President, Football at Kilmer Sports Ventures (KSV) and a Director of the British Association for Sport and Law. From 2017 to 2022, he was Arsenal FC’s Director of Football Operations, where he modernised football operations, led all player and head coach negotiations, developed trading strategies, and created successful transition and loan management systems while strengthening links between the Academy, First Team, and Arsenal Women. He also represented the club on the Premier League’s Sporting Director Committee and the European Clubs Association Competition Committee. Previously, Huss was Director of Commercial and Business Affairs at Team Sky (now Team INEOS), overseeing rider contracts, commercial partnerships, and governance, and worked at Sky Sports negotiating major sports broadcast rights. A qualified solicitor, he co-founded the social enterprise Diversity in the Business of Sport to mentor underrepresented minority groups.
