Genevieve Gordon-Thomson is CEO of Tactic Connect Ltd, a sports agency delivering innovative and impactful solutions to a wide range of clients. A lawyer with a first degree in Business & Finance and an LLM in International Sports, she has worked in sports law since 2001, advising organisations such as the NPA, Brighton Bears, British Polo Enterprises, and Major League Baseball International on projects including the World Baseball Classic and MLB Academies. Genevieve leads the BASL Sports Law in Practice Certificate, teaches sports policy and marketing at U.S. universities including Syracuse and Ithaca, and lectures annually at Cambridge on comparative sports law. She also created a master’s program, The Business of Motorsport, and holds non-executive roles with the Football Regulatory Authority, SportExcel UK, the British DanceSport Association, and the British Association for Sport and Law.
