Danielle is a commercial litigator and specialist sports lawyer, with experience of working both in-house and in private practice with sports governing bodies domestically and internationally.

Danielle regularly advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious regulatory issues including breaches of Regulatory Rules, breaches of procedure, matters of good governance, integrity, welfare, safeguarding and anti-doping. She has extensive experience of drafting policies, procedures and Rules frameworks for sports organisations and has supported those organisations with their implementation.

Danielle has acted on behalf of several national and international governing bodies before Sports Disciplinary Tribunals and at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in cases involving issues such as betting, corruption, inside information, match and spot fixing, misconduct (on and off field), anti-doping and safeguarding. She also has experience of conducting her own advocacy in Disciplinary hearings.
